A world is torn between two ruling empires forced into peace by the treaty of a battle, thousands of years in the past. Wisteria Falls is that kingdom. The internal struggle of its people and the outer realm of Wisteria itself tell a story like none other with mystery, fantasy, romance and science-fiction. Will Genevieve Frost be able to stop the evil that is brewing within her own land as one of the surviving heirs to her father's throne, or will her love of a man she is forbidden to love destroy all chances?

Wisteria Falls is a non-stop phantasmagoria of whimsy and the elements of emotions that leave you craving for the touch of your first love. It's the chaos of nature and the raw realization of human mortality, the universe and the hidden answers to the questions every person seeks within. Most of all, it's an epic tale of love, lust, war and betrayal.

Are you ready to enter the realm of Wisteria?

Wisteria Falls edition by Chelsea Hoffman Romance eBooks

Nice ideas and characters but not a whole lot of character development. Lots of "wasted space" in the writing. Needs very badly to be honed and better edited.

Wisteria Falls edition by Chelsea Hoffman Romance eBooks Reviews

I loved every bit of it. Watch out for the sisters Genevieve true powers and Spryvannah by any means necessary.
Although Chelsea Hoffman's "Wisteria Falls" is a departure from her usual genre, her foray into fantasy isn't without a big payoff. Despite a slow beginning, Wisteria Falls is a world of magic and wonder well worth the wait through the prologue. Her writing style is reminiscent of George Martin's and Marion Zimmer Bradley's. Any fan of the Game of Thrones series or the Mists of Avalon will NOT be disappointed. If those two had a lovechild and that lovechild wrote a book, this would be it.
I think I wrote better stuff when I was in 6th grade and doing My Little Pony fan fiction. I read the Look inside of this Wysteria Falls joke, and made a drinking game out of it. Every time you have grab the dictionary to look of up a word you've never heard, u take a shot. Every time there-is-unnecessary-dashed-words, you take a shot. Every time the author mentions the "Sea of Crap" you take two shots. At that rate you only read one poorly written 2 page chapter at a time. But at least it makes it a bearable and more entertaining read.
Chelsea Hoffman created an entire new world in Wisteria Falls, and I can still see the two suns that look so much different than earth's sun. She did an excellent job creating this world and its history. I really felt as if I could see Wisteria. Also, by the end, I was left wondering what happened next for Genevieve Frost, and thankfully Chelsea Hoffman is writing the next book, so we'll all be able to continue with Genevieve's story.

While there were some formatting issues, they seemed to be because of the transfer to . Each ebook reader doesn't have the same type of transfer. The formatting was not such a problem that it was impossible to read and enjoy this story.

I appreciated Chelsea Hoffman's departure from her normal writing subjects. It is interesting to read about this duel world she created. The powerful women were intriguing. Another interesting theme was how nature fell apart at the same time the society fell apart. Could that be happening with humans?
I too, did not pay for this book ( Wisteria Falls) and I am VERY glad I didn't have to. ( KINDLE) I read it because I wanted to see if Ms. Hoffman's style of writing was remotely different from her " Case To Case" blog. It was worse. I agree that the fantasy could very well be an intriguing journey but the lack of real journalistic skills shows tremendously. It was a difficult read. I did prefer it over her Web page/ blog and unfortunate;y, that does not say much. The outline of her book surprised me for I had read something extremely similar that was written by another author. One who possesses notoriety. - Ms. Hoffman is brave, to say the least.

Her writing/ columns/ blogs teeters on plagiarism from other articles and authors with her personal touch of adding innuendos needed for a "suspenseful drama that keeps her from copyright infringement litigation. ". I agree with Tansy Gold. Self publishing means just that. Not good enough to be picked up by a publishing house which left the tasks of editing to Ms. Hoffman.

I wish she would gain better skills. I think perhaps she does have the potential to be a decent writer. Guess time will tell.
Nice ideas and characters but not a whole lot of character development. Lots of "wasted space" in the writing. Needs very badly to be honed and better edited.
